One of our early dates was to go to the Japanese film festival where we saw Jiro Dreams of Sushi. I have wanted to go experience the magic of his sushi ever since. He is 100 years old and still making sushi! His son runs a spin-off called Sukiyabashi Jiro Roppongi and seems to have more consistent high reviews.and is easier to book.
