I started off the birthday list at my surprise 30th birthday party, surrounded by my friends (Heather Joseph, Ben Silk, Theresa Same, Terry Easton, Michele Huitric, Will Wheeler, Esra Tanyildiz, and Ben Eugrin). Funny thing is that I actually thought I had not done this before...just turns out that I had forgotten the last time I had done a shot of tequila...so I did the shot and ended up having my first glass of Pisco sour. Lovely stuff, especially served in a glass smoking with dried ice!
